Most orders are posted same or next working day. We pride ourselves on fast shipping. We use the UK Royal Mail who are very fast. If your packet does take a while to arrive, it's usually down to Customs clearence in your country or the speed of the postal service in your country. These things are out of our control.

Please allow for time zone differences when placing orders. A customer in the USA once placed an order in his lunch hour. He thought we would post it the same afternoon. In the UK the time was 8pm and a Friday night. The Royal Mail collect our mail Monday - Friday 2pm UK time.
