What payment options do you offer?

PayPal is the preferred form of payment.

I want to buy your guitar picks to re sell in another country. Can I get a discount?

Sorry, we do not allow customers to purchase our products for re sale. If we find out this is happening, we will block future purchases or cancel sales.

Do I have to create an account to buy your products?

No you don't. You can buy products as a guest. That way you don't have to mess about with passwords etc. If you are going to be a regular customer, I would recommend creating an account.

What gauges do you stock.

We have stopped offering a choice of pick gauge. All picks are now 0.71mm Medium.

Do you sell tins without the picks?

Sorry, we do not.

What if I don't like my purchase. Can I get a refund?

We offer a 14 day return no quibble refund policy.

Can you send me some Free Samples?

We can't send any for Free, as its just not cost effective.

Do you sell on eBay?

Yes we do. I most cases you will find the prices are higher on eBay, because of the commission charges. We have over 28,000 feedback.

I want to place a large order. Can I get a discount?

Sorry, we can't give a discount on our prices.

Do your prices include V.A.T. ?

We are not VAT registered and, trade bellow the limit for VAT. So prices do not include VAT and, VAT is not added to the price at check out.
