Following a recent tax audit by HMRC, talking to our accountant, and other family member, we have decided to stop selling to anyone who re sells our products. By re selling we mean, buying products from us and, re selling the products as a whole as purchased, or splitting the products up and re selling, or using the products to make jewellery.

We have more than one guitar related businesses, which are registered to different family members. We want to protect these businesses, so that they are the only ones selling our products. We see other people buying our products to re sell, as a conflict of interest. In other words, by selling to them, we are making competition for ourselves. This is especially so with, customers making jewellery out of our guitar picks. We want to be the only ones selling our guitar picks.

So as of 18th August 2010, we no longer sell to anyone who buys our products to re sell, or make jewellery. E mails will be sent to the customers we know about. Any future orders we receive, where we suspect the items are been used in this way, will not be posted and the account closed.
